Example of 3d laser scan in plant room
Here's a very recent example of a new platform/stair and external stair having to twist and turn around an existing plant room. The site was 3d laser scanned in-house to ensure accuracy of fitment, fixing locations and to avoid any clashes.

New build steel framing
Drawing steel structures for new build housing is very common for Direct Detailing. Here's a recent steel project for a huge new build.

Plant Hopper
We're often tasked with survey and drawing of replacement plant items. Ensuring the original equipment is copied like-for-like can be important for clients. As can making any changes in plant as its being re-made.

Frame on top of plant
It's always pleasing to see a job roll through to hand over stage without a hitch. Especially when a complex survey is required like this one.... With every column having to be a different length, every column picking up existing holes in the structure on-site, structure on-site over 80mm out of level from one end to the other, avoiding associated plant and meeting existing walkways, all whilst being installed 60ft up. In-house 3d laser scan survey ensured the plant experienced no down-time whilst surveying, no cherrypicker access required while surveying. It's lovely when a plan comes together.

Small workshop
Steel is often the most cost effective material for a fast build. Small workshop frames like this are often with us.

As-built drawings
As-built drawings are final construction documents that show a project exactly as it was built, documenting all changes, modifications, and deviations from the original design plans, including precise locations, dimensions, materials for structural, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and architectural elements, serving as vital records for future maintenance, renovations, and legal compliance.
